So, not too long ago I and my fellow evil-doers ran across a Death Knight.
"So what?", you say. Well, said Death Knight was not only a risen pawn of the Lich King/Ebon Blade, but she was also an incredible talented mage, able to easily counter all of our blows, and blasting away massive blasts of fire at one of my companions.

This is but one of countless examples of people being competent within every martial art there is, and as such I suggest that the Initiate ranks would kind of be a place-holder rank for people who are yet to sign up on the forums and listed their characters powers in the appropriate forum, [b]and have had it approved by a Leader[/b]. Meaning that [b]you cannot advance within the guild unless you register your character on the forum[/b].

Additionally, those using powers that does not belong to their class, or have not been approved or listen here on the forums, would be given a strike; after three strikes, the individual is dealt with, be it removal or demotion.

While I don't want to go elitist jerk on people any more than anyone else, I can't see much to do to limit this, I dare say, retarded behavior.
