[color=white][i][b]Days ago, maybe even weeks or months. Aerius was percieved as a planet full of life, the most intelligent of those were split into three factions - all joined into utmost harmony.

Then came The ArchDemon, Malax. Rival to the Archlord, the peacekeeper of Aerius. Malax attempted to unsettle the balance of power by creating a new allegiance - Vek'Yran, Cult of the Damned.

Granted power by Airek'Kalun, God of Death. He set out on his goals, establishing his mighty citadel, Iralade. He built up his army, constantly recruiting new members who were faithful not to light or neutrality, but to the abyss.

Malax awaited within his citadel, his strong armies ever growing as he attempted to maintain a peaceful balance, as to not alert the other superpowers of his plans.

With the recent arrival of a strong figure who is named Aralen. The balance threatens to break out, with Aralen causing dangerous mishaps and other threats to the world itself.

Aralen intended to cause a major breakout by forcing the factions to betray eachother out of false ideals, but found out such would not work - they all valued the peace too highly.

Upon this, he set out in an attempt to terrorise anyone he could reach, by striking at Everianne Bladewind, then striking at the group and throwing them into the Island, and most recently his infamous exploit of handling the Silvershade and the Crusade all at once, using any and all (mostly Retoran) as a tool to further his goals.

Eventually he was forced to flee, no one knows how or why he fled after being empowered once more, but they remain hopeful that the plague will never return to haunt them.

New plot-line!

It has been two weeks, a disturbance now fills the Frozen Wastes as Airek'Kalun removes Malax forcefully from his throne, now taking over the command of the Cult, he expands his forces all over the Frozen Wastes, showing strategical prowess and brute strength, ruling with an iron hand as he expands his many territories upon the Frozen Wastes.

Only two remaining threats upon the Frozen Wastes remain, Arcedia, that upon which the Comatose Archlord, Elrodan Cloudweaver remains, guarded by the elite few survivors who were lead by his cunning genius moments before he fell comatose.

And an unseen threat stirs away from the prying eyes of all other factions, only Aralen sees it and he fears it more than anything else - this very threat may be the undoing of his plans on Aerius.

What to expect:

Two new characters,

Tealin Vaelhammer, the Sage and survivor of the Grand Library incident, a brilliant magician and a good strategical thinker, he was a loyal and righteous servant of the Council of Sages of the Crusade of Aerius, and a Sage himself.

Upon the dawning of the Grand Library incident, he was located on the outermost levels of the building, scanning his experiments he had left a while back in regards to the many wonders and mysteries of Alchemy.

It was upon that time, that the Grand Library was damned, accidentally the defense mechanism was activated - thus teleporting the Grand Library into a place unknown to Aerius, all of those aboard the Library during this event are now presumed dead.

However, this new arrival of a surviving Sage is sure to rise morale for the Crusade of Aerius, as one of the oldest councils is now revealed not to be dead, but what still remains are two questions.

What caused the safety mechanism to go off, and more importantly, why did it happen?

The second character will remain secretary until the release of the second-half of the patch.

New Lore:

Aralen Demonbane will serve as the guild's main primary antagonist to every faction, it is unknown how strong Aralen is and how much strength has at his fingertips as the ArchDemon, but it is to be feared - now that he is in power over the Vek'Yran, who knows what darkness he will unleash upon the world?

Aralen's goals are many, but only few are known, those goals are as follows:

To conquer the world known as Aerius and rid them of their most precious gift that other planets are denied - life.

To find and trace the Archlord, for rumours have recently stated he wields a magic unknown to other - a magic that may even change the Archlord himself.

One final goal will be revealed.

All factions are now at war with the Vek'Yran, Cult of Damned only if they attack first - as some do not completely follow the God of Death yet.
